Four-Fold Way of Angeles Arrien

March 28, 2006

Rarely do I have an experience with a book where every word seems to be written with me as the audience. Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin was one of those books and here is another.

In working with mirrors and projections at my Sweet Darkness Intensive Angeles was mentioned as the background source for some of that work. When I returned – I immediately ordered the book through inter-library loan. It is one of those books that after I borrow it – I know I need to buy my own copy.

Although her placement of archetypes in the four directions doesn’t match the wheel that I work with – this book is a powerful resource because she has tools and processes to deepen each of the four directions.

I have grown immensely from studying her work. Thank you Angeles Arrien and thank you also to Dianne Timberlake for introducing me to her work.
